Breasts contain only fat cells and no muscles. Maybe, you have noticed that the size of your breast depends on your weight- if you are on diet, and you are going to lose some kilograms, be ready to some changes with your breast. The more weight you lose, the less your bust becomes.
So, it is impossible to change the size of bust, but it is possible to make their form more attractive and to get obvious effect of breast enhancement.
If you are ready for changes, than it is high time for you to start some breast enhancement exercises:
1. Lie down on the carpet or training mat. Hold one dumbbell (we recommend you to start with 400 grams) in each hand and keep you arms at the shoulder level. Raise you both arms straight up together so that the weight would be fixed at the level of you breast. Return to the starting position. We recommend you to do this exercise 15-30 times a day.
2. Lie down on the carpet or training mat. Keep your arms extended and hold weights in each hand for a minute. Now bend your elbows and try to lower weights toward your breast as slowly as possible and thus keep your elbows out shoulders' area. Return to the starting position. We recommend you to do this exercise 15-30 times a day.
3. Take weight in each hand, extend your arms to opposite sides and try to do 10-15 small circles about 20 centimeters diameter. You can make circles wider, but do it gradually. We recommend you to do this exercise 10-20 times a day.
